Paignton Zoo is on the boarder between Goodrington and Paignton and is home to thousands of amazing animals and plants.
Visit the desert, cross the savannah, explore the forest and trek through the tropics. Use your senses to discover the wild world: look around, listen out - you will even need your sense of smell! It is a great day out for everyone.
Also located in the heart of the Zoo and overlooking Gibbon Island, is the Island Restaurant which is the ideal place to stop for morning coffee, lunch or afternoon tea. Next to the Island restaurant is The Oasis Bar, a fully licensed bar which is open every day from 12.00 noon until 4.30 p.m. all year round. There are also various kiosks located around the Zoo serving ice-cream, fast food and other snacks, as well as hot and cold drinks.
