Blue Waters Holiday Apartments occupies an excellent position just 150 metres from Goodrington Sands Beach in Paignton, and offers a range of
holiday accommodation including three self catering holiday apartments, a four berth holiday caravan and bed and breakfast.
All guests have full use of the garden of Blue Waters, which has patios and lawn with tables and chairs and some sea views of the bay. Pets allowed in apartments 3, 4 & the caravan.

We also offer a 10% discount for 2 people only, on all self catering holiday bookings of 1 week or more.
The holiday apartments and the holiday caravan are fully equiped for self catering holidays. They all have a
widescreen freeview T.V, full size cooker, fridge, microwave, ironing facilities, heating & a car space.
There are duvets on all beds and fresh covers upon your arrival. Washing machine facilities and free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) are also available.
We are pleased to say that 80% to 90% of all our bookings for the self catering accommodation, year on year are returning
customers who have stayed with us previously.
We have been here since 1983 and are located in an ideal position, only 150 metres
from Goodrington Sands Beach in Paignton with the shops, takeaways, pub, restaurant and bus stops just a few metres away on Dartmouth Road.
The Holiday Apartments
Apartment 1
A one bedroom, self-contained holiday apartment
to accommodate 4, situated on the first floor with sea views across
Torbay. The fully equipped lounge/dinette has two double leather sofas, kitchen table and chairs and a comfortable double
wall bed and a single folding guest bed. The south facing bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Apartment 1 and Room 2 (an additional en-suite bedroom) can be combined to
make a 2 bedroom holiday apartment at an additional tariff to apartment 1 of: - £110.00. per week

Apartment 3
A one bedroom self-contained holiday apartment on the ground
floor to accommodate 3. This south facing apartment is very popular with
couples. Entered from the garden, it has a sun lounge/conservatory,
off which is the fully equipped lounge/dinette which contains a double and two single armchairs with kitchen table and chairs,
A single folding guest bed can be supplied if requested for a fourth person. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed
with en-suite bath, toilet and wash hand basin with ceramic floor tiles througout.
The garden has tables and chairs with some sea views of the bay
Pets are allowed in this apartment by arrangement only at no additional charge.

A one bedroom, self-contained family
apartment to accommodate 4, situated on the ground floor and
entered from the garden. The fully equipped lounge/dinette has two
double leather sofas with kitchen table and chairs. The bedroom has
a double bed and full size 3ft wide bunk beds with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin with ceramic floor tiles througout.
The garden has a patio with tables and chairs with some sea views of the bay.

The Holiday Caravan
Situated in the garden of Blue Waters Holiday Apartments. This lovely 4
berth holiday caravan was built in 1999 and is kept in a clean & well maintained condition. It is 28ft long & 10ft wide with some sea views across the bay. Accommodation is provided with 1 double
bedroom and 1 twin children's bedroom. All mains services, shower
toilet & wash hand basin.
The caravan also has its own patio area with table and chairs.
Pets are allowed in the caravan by arrangement only at no additional charge.

Bed & Breakfast - Room 2
A Bed and Breakfast room to accommodate 2 persons with sea views. Situated on the first floor, this
room has 2 single 3ft beds, (which can be pushed together), en-suite shower and toilet, with freeview LCD TV, microwave, refridgerator, free wireless internet connection (Wi-Fi) and tea making facilities.
Come and go as you please - no restrictions.
