On booking a 20% deposit is required.
The Balance must be paid no later then 31 days (1 calendar month) before your holiday booking commences or in the case of late bookings by the due date as stated on the confirmation letter.
We reserve the right to try and re-let your booking if the balance is not paid by 31 clear days before your holiday commences, or in the case of late bookings by the due date as stated on the confirmation letter. Therefore we reserve the right to cancel your holiday booking and retain the deposit paid if full settlement of the holiday booking has not been made within this time.
CANCELLATION:
Unless notice of cancellation of your booking is received by us no less than 31 days prior to the commencement of your booking, the applicant will be liable for the full amount due in respect of the booking*.
If you need to cancel your holiday booking please let us know as soon as possible, as deposits can only be refunded, less £30.00 per week per each apartment, caravan or B&B booking, when no less then 2 calendar months remain to the commencement of the booked accommodation. This cancellation administration charge* (or the loss of deposit* if cancellation occurs within 2 calendar months of the booked accommodation) goes towards re-advertising the cancelled holiday accommodation booking.
No refund can be given of the balance paid if cancellation occurs within 1 calendar month of the booked accommodation*, unless we are able, but with loss of deposit, to re-let the accommodation; But at such short notice . . . !
*Guests are, therefore, recommended to acquire holiday cancellation insurance to insure against this possibility in case of cancellation.
