DEPOSITS CANNOT BE REFUNDED except where the booked accommodation has been re-let with not less then 28 days remaining to the commencement of the booked holiday, less £30.00 cancellation administration charge. This charge goes towards re-advertising. Guests are, therefore, recommended to insure against this possibility. A holiday cancellation application form will be included with the confirmation letter for your use, if you so wish.
Families and couples only - No groups of young people. 10% discount for 2 people only (with no pets); applies to all bookings of 1 week or more. Bookings are from 1p.m on day of arrival to 10a.m on day of departure. One car space per apartment. All Accommodation is Non Smoking (To comply with new legislation)
