On booking a 20% deposit is required.
The balance is to be paid 31 days (1 calendar month) before your holiday commences, or in the case of late bookings by the due date as stated on the confirmation letter. We reserve the right to try and re-let your booking and retain the deposit paid if full settlement of the booked holiday has not been made within this time.
If you need to cancel your holiday booking please let us know as soon as possible, as deposits can only be refunded, less £30.00 per week per apartment cancellation administration charge (which goes towards re-advertising), if and when the booked accommodation has been RE-LET with not less then 1 calendar month remaining to the commencement of the booked accommodation.
No refund can be given of the deposit or the balance paid if cancellation occurs within 1 calendar month of the booked accommodation. Guests are, therefore, recommended to acquire holiday cancellation insurance to insure against this possibility in case of cancellation.
