Dogs Welcome - For people who like to bring their dogs with them on holiday, our apartments 3 & 4 are absolutely ideal, as they are located on the ground floor and each has its own entrance from the garden, they both have ceramic floor tiles throughout, so no need to worry about muddy feet and the like, as a quick wipe and all is as good as new.
Blue Waters has a large garden for those who like to chill out on the patio or lawn with their pets.
Dogs are not allowed on Goodrington Sands South between May and September, but dogs are allowed on the beach at Goodrington Sands North. (Just pass the Brewers Fayre family eatery pub), dogs are also allowed in Youngs / Goodrington park.
Also just along the foot path at Saltern Cove there is a field, where most of the local people take their dogs, where there are benches to sit and admire the fantasic sea views while the dogs can run and play with each other. Dogs are allowed on the beach at Saltern Cove which is only a 5 minute walk from Blue Waters Holiday Apartments.
Dogs are allowed in apartments 3, 4 & the caravan at no additional cost, but must not be left unattended in the apartments or caravan, as the hirer will be responsible for any damage incurred by pets during the hirer´s stay.
Just 100 metres from Blue Waters Holiday Apartments is the Goodrington Groom Room, which is a modern air conditioned and fully insured dog grooming salon which can be reached on 01803 521551.
The Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway allows dogs to travel on the steam train for a small charge.
