A one bedroom, self-contained holiday apartment to accommodate 4, situated on the first floor with sea views across Torbay. The fully equipped lounge/dinette has two double leather sofas, kitchen table and chairs and a comfortable double wall bed. The south facing bedroom has a double bed with en-suite shower, toilet and wash hand basin.
Apartment 1 has a 32 inch widescreen T.V with Freeview and DVD player, cooker, fridge, microwave, ironing facilities and cental heating in the lounge plus back up heaters. There are duvets on all beds and fresh covers upon your arrival. NO EXTRA CHARGES - Prices include electric and heating. One car space per apartment. Free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi) is also available. Guests also have full use of the garden.
The double wall bed in the lounge has a proper mattress, and when down there is no difference to a normal bed.
There is also a child´s single throw down bed in the lounge cupboard.
Pets are only allowed in apartments 3, 4 and the caravan; exception being one small dog, like for example; (Yorkshire terrier types and similar) in apartment 1.
