This entrance into the hallway is used only by apartment 1 and room 2; this is because the other apartments have their own entrances from the garden.
Apartment 1 has its own door from the 1st floor landing which has its own mortise lock.
Room 2 (The bed & breakfast room) located across the landing on the 1st floor also has its own door, also with mortise lock,
Apartment 1 and Room 2 cannot access each other; except by crossing the 1st floor landing. The 1st floor landing is only used by apartment 1 and room 2, so when booked together they make up the entire 1st floor.
Apartment 1 & Room 2 when booked together can accommodate up to 6, (Room 2 is an additional en-suite bedroom) which can be booked with apartment 1 to make a 2 bedroom holiday apartment at an additional tariff to apartment 1 of: - £125.00 per week. This is also a great option even if there are only 4 people, as it gives you a second en-suite bedroom rather then use the double wall bed in the lounge of apartment 1, the second bedroom also has its own TV and tea making facilities.
Guests also have full use of the garden of Blue Waters
